• All photographs and content created by Rocky's Lens are protected by copyright under applicable intellectual property laws.

• The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal use only (e.g., sharing online, printing for personal display).

• Commercial or editorial usage (e.g., for marketing, publication, resale) requires a separate written agreement and may incur additional fees.

• Clients may not alter, edit, or sell the photographs without express written permission from Rocky's Lens.

• We reserve the right to use selected photographs for portfolio purposes, promotional material, and publication (including web, social media, and print), unless the client provides written notice opting out before the session.
